The three major US stock indexes rose today with Tesla and Nvidia shares gaining as Tesla (TSLA.O), Nvidia (NVDA.O) and Meta Platforms (FB.O) all rose more than 4%. Amazon (AMZN.O) rose 3.1%, Apple (AAPL.O) rose 1.7%, Microsoft (MSFT.O) rose 0.8%, and Philadelphia Semiconductor (.SOX) rose 3.6% It is the highest level in almost a month. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 1.33% to 33,248.28 points, the Standard & Poor’s 500 Index rose 1.84% to 4176.82 points, and the Nasdaq Composite Index rose 2.69% to 12,316.90 points.
